Kayak Put-In Info for: China Camp State Park, San Rafael
Overview: Easy paddle North to Rat Island and Gallinas Slough, South to the Sisters off Marin. Good place to go sturgeon fishing from.
Parking: $5 day use fee charged. Take change, usually no Ranger.
Facilities: Restrooms, campground, picnic tables, changing rooms, a snack bar with beer, burgers, sandwiches and hotdogs. Just a little slice of heaven. All facilities located in the China Camp Village Historic Area.

Directions: North or South on highway 101, take the Civic Center (North San Pedro Road) turnoff. Continue East on North San Pedro 5 miles. China Camp turnoff on the left.
Cautions: Failure to pay day use fees could result in a ticket that starts at $44 and goes up from there. Muddy launch at very low tides. Currents quite strong if you head south. Windy in afternoons.
